Jalayne is a nurse practitioner with extensive experience in emergency medicine. She began her career in emergency medicine in 1997 after taking her EMT -B course. She continued to EMT-I then on to nursing. She spent over 15 years as an RN in a high acuity and high-volume emergency room and then practiced as a nurse practitioner in the ER. In addition to patient care, she is a CPR, ACLS, and PALS instructor. She is also active in the classroom teaching students pursuing careers in healthcare.
Over the years she has seen the consequence of people not having access to primary care. The lack of access to care increased significantly during the pandemic which increased the strain on the ER’s. She spent long days in full COVID gear and is dedicated to providing you the care you need regardless of your symptoms.
While her career has focused caring for the sick and injured, Foundation Health and Wellness was born out of the need for continuing to care for these patients while also focusing on preventative care, health, and wellness. Her ultimate goal is helping you feel and be the best you can be!
Noelle is a nurse with vast experience in many different areas throughout her more than 20-year nursing career. She has worked in neuroscience, women’s health, wellness, and various other in-patient and out-patient settings. She was trained by neurologists to administer Botox to those suffering from migraines and other neurologic disorders. He career has also included teaching the next generation of nurses as well as those who are pursing their career in healthcare. She continues to teach and do wellness visits.
She decided to advance her education and obtained her advanced degree in nursing, a Masters in Nursing Education. This degree displays her commitment to providing evidence based care, the dedication to providing the necessary education to her patients, and an overall display of professionalism.
While she has had many different experiences in her career, she decided to pursue a new passion of aesthetics. She is committed to helping people look and feel their best while performing thorough assessments and working with her patients to provide natural results in their aesthetic journey.
