Sports Physicals and Camp Physicals

Need a last minute sports physical or camp physical? We are happy to offer physicals in our office! We understand the how this can creep up on you and trying to schedule with your primary care or pediatrician may not be an option.

Please note we do NOT accept insurance.

We are, however, able to generate a Super Bill and you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement or to put toward your high deductible. *

If you have a Health savings (HSA) or Flex spending account (FSA) you will be able to use these for any sports physicals.
